Greek Philosophers
Socrates, Plato and Aristotle were three very smart men. They were philosophers. A philosopher is someone who thinks about life and tries to answer essential questions about life. Western philosophy can be traced back to ancient Greece to Socrates, Plato and Aristotle. Socrates was a teacher. Plato was one of his students. Plato, in turn, taught Aristotle.
